After exploring every possible way forward and considering how these experiences compared to our original vision, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel the 2025 edition of Underground Sound Festival.

To everyone who supported us—whether by grabbing a ticket, sharing a post, or just being excited for what we were building—thank you. It means everything to know so many of you believed in creating something special here in Austin. Unfortunately, the stars didn’t align for us this time.

Refunds will be automatically processed via TIXR within the next 7-10 days—no action is needed on your end. If you requested a refund last week due to the restructure, don’t worry—you’re included in this batch. Processing everything at once is the smoothest way to ensure refunds go out as quickly as possible.

We get it—buying a ticket is instant, but getting a refund takes time. If we could speed it up, we would. We truly appreciate your patience.

While we won’t be gathering in April, this isn’t the end of Underground Sound. We’re working with talent from the lineup to roll these bookings into a series of shows this fall.
